Is using Koncepts cheating?
Lessons, notes and practice support study. For assessed work, your child should follow their school's academic integrity policy and ask their teacher before using AI assistance.
What does my child actually do?
They work through short lessons, answer practice questions and compare their working with markschemes. When stuck, they can ask for guided help or analysis of an answer they have already written.
Can I see their progress?
Ask your child to show you their learning path and completed work in their account. This student plan does not include a separate parent progress dashboard.
What does it cost compared with tutoring?
The current web price is shown above and on the plans page. Koncepts provides lessons, practice and AI study support; it can complement, but does not replace, a human tutor.
Is their work private?
Your child's work is associated with their account. The privacy policy explains what is collected, how it is used and how to request deletion.
How do I cancel?
Manage web subscriptions in the student's Billing settings. For purchases through Apple or Google, manage the subscription in that store; access continues until the paid period ends.
